How to Grow Fast on Instagram – Proven Methods

If you are using Instagram to make money, you might be looking for ways to grow a page as fast as possible without hitting limitations or being flagged as spam. So if you are using Instagram automation software, be sure that you are moderate with the settings you choose.  The idea is to look as human as possible!

Choosing a good niche is key –  It may not be a niche you like exactly but if the idea is to make money, that shouldn’t matter anyway.

Another thing to keep in mind is how to grow fast.  These days, videos are the best way to go viral.  Especially if you hit the explore page.  I have seen brand new accounts grow to 20k in just a week or less.  This can be easier if you join Instagram Engagement Groups.

The more you post, the more exposure you get through hashtags you use.  Try using hashtags right at or just under a million posts.  This will help if you are a smaller page trying to get exposure.

Share for share is another way to get quick followers –  However, it can be detrimental to your page if the other page has nothing to do with your niche.  This is why it’s better to do caption shout outs instead.  This is when you ask other pages with similar follower counts and niches if they would like to trade shout outs to send each others followers to your pages.

Connect your Instagram page to social networks! –  Instagram has a built in feature that will allow you to connect your page to Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter and more.  I found Tumblr to be the most successful.  This is a great way to cross promote and bring followers in from other platforms and if you’re not using it, you should!

Tag similar pages or repost pages – If you tag large repost pages, they may repost you and tag you to get you more exposure.  Whatever your niche may be, it’s important to find these large repost pages and tag them in all of your photos using the “tag people” feature seen above.

As an example, if you are a whiskey company and take good photos, you should tag a page like @Walletsandwhiskey or @Whiskeyfourms because they may repost your photo!
